We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail and in stores within 30 days of purchase. Conditions are noted below. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. We offer easy self-service return options for our customers. Carrier return shipping fees are $10.95 unless otherwise stated.

You can return all items bought in store and most items bought on belk.com to a Belk store except as set forth in our Return Policy Exceptions. Belk Outlet locations do not accept returns for stores or belk.com purchases.
