Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. We offer easy self-service return options for our customers. Carrier return shipping fees are $10.95 unless otherwise stated.

You can return all items bought in store and most items bought on belk.com to a Belk store except as set forth in our Return Policy Exceptions. Belk Outlet locations do not accept returns for stores or belk.com purchases.

RECALL NOTICE: On Sept. 19, 2024, Lucid issued a voluntary recall for the Lucid Platform Bed with an Upholstered Square Tufted Headboard, manufactured between 2019 and 2021. The recalled beds can sag, break or collapse during use, posing fall and injury hazards to consumers. Lucid is providing a free replacement product to those who purchased affected bed frames.
