If you already have an account on belk.com, all you have to do to create a wish list is select "Add to Wish List" from any product detail page after entering the relevant color, size and quantity.

If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one in order to add items to your wish list. You can create an account by using the Sign In/Register link at the top of the page.
Go to your My Account page using the link at the top of belk.com. Click "View Full Wish List". Select the link from there that says "Email page to a friend". Enter the email address of the person you wish to send the list to, your name and email address, then a personal message. Click "Send".

You can also share your wish list using Facebook or Twitter. Simply click on the Share button then choose your preferred social media option.
On your wish list page, find the item you want to remove, then click the “remove” link located right above the quantity. You may only remove one item at a time.
When viewing your wish list, check the box next to the item you would like to purchase, then click Add to Shopping Bag.
Belk Rewards+
Belk Rewards+ is our updated loyalty program for Belk Rewards+ cardholders. Now cardholders can earn points on every eligible purchase and enjoy benefits that include special savings and rewards, faster than before! Once a customer reaches 500 points the points are converted to a $5 Belk Reward Dollar (BRD).
You can apply for the card at a Belk store with an associate at checkout or athttps://apply.syf.com/eapply/eapply.action?clientCode=BELK&sitecode=BEBLPL4D.
The new Belk Rewards+ credit card program is all about new and easier qualification criteria, higher earn rates, and quicker redemption.
  • Belk Rewards+ credit cardholders now earn more on purchases at Belk and belk.com than before. Belk Rewards+ Insiders now earn 4 points per dollar spent, Premier cardholders earn 5 points per dollar spent, and Elite cardholders earn 7 points per dollar spent. Prior to September 2022, Belk Rewards+ credit cardholders earned 3 points, Premiers earned 4 points and Elites earned 5 points per dollar spent.

    To qualify for the Premier tier, members will have to spend $300 at Belk or belk.com per calendar year. Prior to September 2022, the Premier tier qualifying spend was at least $600 in spend. To qualify for the Elite tier, members will have to spend $1,000 at Belk or belk.com per calendar year. Prior to September 2022, the Elite tier qualifying spend was at least $1,500.
  • Redemption is now quicker, reaching 500 points earned generates $5 in Belk Reward Dollars. Prior to September 2022, 1,000 points earned generated $10 Belk Reward Dollars.
We will use your birthday to send you Bonus Belk Reward Dollars to use in the month of your birthday. There are almost no brand exclusions with your Belk Reward Dollars. It’s our present to you!
Cardholders will be eligible to receive a Birthday Reward in the form of Bonus Belk Reward Dollars once a year on the first day of your birthday month. To be eligible to receive the annual Birthday Rewards benefit, you must update your profile with your birth month and day, a valid email address for delivery, and meet overall qualification criteria for good standing within the Program. The expiration date for the Birthday Belk Reward Dollars will be printed on the Belk Reward Dollars that are mailed to Cardholders or on Belk Reward Dollars provided digitally.

Yes, outside of receiving points for eligible purchases, Belk Rewards+ cardholders are eligible for VIP savings events throughout the year.
Tier progression is based on annual spend on your Belk Rewards+ credit card, but you will only progress up tiers based on spend with your Belk Rewards+ credit card on eligible purchases made at Belk and belk.com.
Every time you shop at Belk in-store, online, or on the Belk mobile app, please use your Belk Rewards+ credit card at checkout. When shopping online at belk.com make sure you’re logged in when you make a purchase with your Belk Rewards+ credit card and your points will be processed to your member account when your items have shipped. You will also earn points outside of Belk when you use your Belk Rewards+ Mastercard for purchases everywhere Mastercard is accepted. Points can be seen once the transaction is processed and will be available within approximately 7 days.
When shopping in-store at Belk, points will be available ~7 days after your in-store purchase. For Belk.com and mobile app orders, your points will be available ~7 days after the order ships.
Non-eligible purchases would include gift cards, non-merchandise and leased departments. Purchases with PayPal, buy now, pay later and special financing are also excluded.

It is possible for your points balance to be negative if you make returns after the points from your original transaction were converted into Belk Reward Dollars. In this case, any points earned will be applied to the negative balance first.
All Belk Rewards+ Points expire after an account has had no qualifying purchases for twelve (12) consecutive months.
Apple Pay
You can use Apple Pay for any purchases on belk.com or in the Belk mobile app for iOS. At this time, Apple Pay cannot be used to pay for merchandise, gift cards or services in Belk stores. Belk Reward Dollars can be combined with Apple Pay when paying with your Belk Rewards+® credit card or Belk Rewards+® Mastercard. Apple Pay cannot be combined with Belk Reward Dollars or Belk Gift Cards. Apple Pay is not available for wedding registry orders or multi-shipment orders.
To pay for an item using Apple Pay, you’ll first need to enable Apple Pay on your device before you check out, or else the option to use Apple Pay will not appear.

When you are ready to check out on belk.com or in the Belk app with Apple Pay, simply click or tap the Apple Pay button on the Shopping Bag screen. The Apple Pay paysheet will open, and there you can select your payment method from the saved payment methods in your wallet. You can also set your shipping address.

After confirming your purchase with your passcode or Touch ID/Face ID, you will see the Belk Order Confirmation page verifying your purchase was completed.
You may use Apple Pay on Apple devices only.
Using Apple Pay is secure and safe. When paying with Apple Pay, Apple does not share or transmit your credit or debit card numbers to Belk. Instead of card numbers, Apple Pay uses a Device Account Number (DAN) to conduct your transaction. The last four digits on your Order Confirmation will be the last four digits of the DAN, rather than your card number.
You can find the unique Device Account Number listed under your card number with your Apple Pay Wallet account.
There are no additional fees for using Apple Pay.
You cannot add your Belk Rewards+ credit card or Belk Rewards+ Mastercard to Apple Pay at this time.
No. Other forms of payment, including Belk Gift Cards, cannot be used along with Apple Pay when you pay for your order. Your entire order amount will be charged to your Apple Pay account.
Yes. You will receive the same Order Confirmation for purchases made via Apple Pay as you would for any other purchases completed in the Belk app.

You can return items purchased via Apply Pay by sending them back to the fulfillment center or bringing them to any Belk store. For Apple Pay orders, you will need your order confirmation email or packing slip so the associate can scan the barcode to refund payment to the credit card used for your order. They will not be able to use the credit card to find the order information. The barcode can be found on:
  • The packing slip that came with your order
  • The Order Confirmation or Shipping Notification emails you received
  • In your Belk.com account under My Orders
  • PayPal
    Yes, please see below for more information on using PayPal for your belk.com purchases.
    You can use PayPal for purchases, returns and exchanges on belk.com desktop and mobile web, as well as the Belk mobile app for iOS and Android. At this time, PayPal cannot be used to pay for merchandise in Belk stores.
    When you are ready to check out on belk.com and want to use PayPal to pay for your order, simply click or tap the PayPal button on the Shopping Bag or Billing Information screens. You will be redirected to PayPal to login to your PayPal account. After selecting your PayPal payment method and confirming the financial details of your transaction, you will return to belk.com to finish placing your order.
    You may use PayPal on all Apple, Android and Windows devices.
    Using PayPal on belk.com is secure and safe. PayPal does not share or transmit your credit or debit card numbers to belk.com when paying with PayPal.
    There are no additional fees for using PayPal on belk.com.
    You cannot add your Belk Rewards+ Credit Card to PayPal at this time. You can add your Belk Rewards+ Mastercard to PayPal, but it will be treated as a Mastercard and your cardholder rewards benefits will not apply. See the next question for more details.
    Gift Cards and Belk Rewards Dollars cannot be redeemed when paying with PayPal. If you pay through PayPal with your Belk Rewards+ Mastercard, you will only earn 1% back in rewards; no other Belk Rewards+ credit card benefits will apply.
    We’re sorry. Other forms of payment, including Belk Gift Cards, cannot be used along with PayPal when you pay for your order. Your entire order amount will be charged to your PayPal account.
    You will receive receipts from both Belk and PayPal for any belk.com purchases made via PayPal.

    To refund the full purchase price to your PayPal account, all in-store PayPal returns must be made within 90 days with your order confirmation email or packing slip.
    Synchrony Pay Later

    Yes. Synchrony Pay Later is a single-purchase installment loan, which gives customers the power to make purchases today and pay them off over time in predictable, equal monthly payments. Customers can have more than one Synchrony Pay Later loan open simultaneously, but each loan is closed when it is paid in full.
    No. Synchrony will not be issuing a card when this loan is opened because this loan is not a credit card.
    Yes. A Synchrony Pay Later installment loan from Synchrony is offered to complement the revolving credit product, the Belk Rewards+® credit card, to give customers more ways to pay.
    No. The customer must complete the order on their own device to utilize this payment method. The entire Synchrony Pay Later application process is digital and completed on the customer’s personal devices.
    No. Synchrony Synchrony Pay Later is an installment loan and can only be used to finance the original purchase for which it was opened. A customer may apply for additional Synchrony Pay Later installment loans to use for future purchases if offered at checkout. A customer can have multiple Synchrony Synchrony Pay Later and/or other Synchrony loans, subject to credit approval.
    Customers should only request the total amount including taxes, and not any additional funds. If the entirety of the Synchrony Pay Later loan is not utilized in one transaction, the remainder is forfeited and will not be available to use at a later date.
    Yes. Synchrony will check a credit bureau when determining the customer’s eligibility for this loan.
    No. Customers may make payments on their Synchrony Pay Later account by:

    • Providing debit card or ACH transfer information on eService at paylater.syf.com
    • Paying by debit or ACH Transfer with a Synchrony Associate at 844-373-4960
    Afterpay
    Afterpay is a service that allows you to shop now and pay later, always interest-free. With Afterpay, your purchase will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks.
    Afterpay is available on belk.com, on the Belk app and in Belk stores.
    Simply shop online, add items to your cart and select Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers will need to create an Afterpay account (with instant approval decision) and returning customers will simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

    Please note that all items in your shopping cart must be eligible for Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount of $1 may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.
    Simply download the Afterpay mobile app, follow the in-app instructions to set up the Afterpay Card, and use the Afterpay Card with Apple Pay or Google Pay to make a contactless payment at check out. You’ll pay 25% at the time of purchase, and take your purchase home that day.
    You will make your first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.

    You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.
    Afterpay is only offered to customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), or American Express and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

    Yes, Afterpay is available for purchases between $35 and $2,000 made on belk.com, on the Belk app and in the Belk stores. To check the amount you have been pre-approved to spend, visit the Card tab of the Afterpay app or in your account details on afterpay.com. Please note, pre-approval is not a guarantee of approval at the time of purchase.
    Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards, subscription or pre-sale items. If you are purchasing gift cards, subscription or pre-sale items along with Afterpay eligible products, you will need to make two separate purchases.
    Afterpay purchases follow our standard return policy. You can return your online Afterpay purchase in-store or by mail for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return policy here.

    To return a purchase to the Afterpay Card, simply open the Afterpay app, navigate to your Profile tab, tap Afterpay Card, and tap Return an order to launch the Afterpay Card to tap at the register. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.

    If funds are not available or you otherwise do not wish to make your payment when it is due, late fees may apply. Click here for complete terms.
    Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed. Your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new order total starting with the last payment and working backward. Note that the length of payments will never go beyond six weeks after the purchase date. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and charge the remaining amount to your third payment.
