Wish List
Belk.com allows you to create a personalized list of items on the site that you really want. You can share it with friends and family for gift ideas or keep track for yourself until you're ready to make a purchase.
If you already have an account on belk.com, all you have to do to create a wish list is select "Add to Wish List" from any product detail page after entering the relevant color, size and quantity.

If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one in order to add items to your wish list. You can create an account by using the Sign In/Register link at the top of the page.
Go to your My Account page using the link at the top of belk.com. Click "View Full Wish List". Select the link from there that says "Email page to a friend". Enter the email address of the person you wish to send the list to, your name and email address, then a personal message. Click "Send".

You can also share your wish list using Facebook or Twitter. Simply click on the Share button then choose your preferred social media option.
On your wish list page, find the item you want to remove, then click the “remove” link located right above the quantity. You may only remove one item at a time.
When viewing your wish list, check the box next to the item you would like to purchase, then click Add to Shopping Bag.
Placing an Order
Belk.com offers a variety of gift cards that may be purchased online and redeemed at any Belk store, and at any time on Belk.com.

If your shipping address is located within one of the states where Belk is registered to collect tax, sales tax will be automatically added in accordance with individual state regulations. Belk currently charges tax in the following states: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD,TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV and WY.
Belk allows resellers or tax-exempt entities to place orders without sales tax. To initiate this new service, customers should create an account on belk.com to begin the exemption certificate capture process. Note that customers without an account who would like to check out as a guest will not receive an automatic exemption and would need to contact Belk at salestax@belk.comto get sales tax refunded.
After setting up a belk.com account, customers should email their exemption certificate to salestax@belk.com and ask for their account to be activated for exemption. Belk will process the request and respond within 24 hours to let the customer know if the account has been set up successfully. If any additional documentation is requested, more time may be needed for setup.
Once customers have received confirmation that the exemption has been setup, they should sign out and sign back in for the exemption to be captured in the system. Customers should see the exemption on the review page prior to placing an order. In the unlikely case the exemption is not captured in the system or tax is not calculated correctly, customers should email salestax@belk.com. Customers should be aware that exemption certificates have a validity period that varies by state and should provide an updated certificate for the exemption to remain active. The Belk team will reach out to customers with expired certificates to request a new form. Customers can also email new certificates to salestax@belk.com.
Your card will be charged at the moment the shipment is picked up by the carrier (expect for Conn’s x Belk orders, these purchases are charged when the order is placed).
Our goal is to process & ship your order as quickly as possible. You have 30 minutes to change or cancel your standard shipping orders. Buy Online, Pick Up In Store or Same-Day Delivery orders are not eligible for a grace period.
Unfortunately, we are not able to update the address on an order after the order has been placed. However, we can cancel your order in the first 30 minutes after it’s placed. If you are within the 30-minute window, you can cancel your order and place a new order using the correct address.
If you are outside the 30-minute window, you can work with the carrier to update your address once your order has been assigned a tracking number. Please be advised that Belk is not responsible for any additional shipping costs due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout.
To update your shipping information via FedEx, you can setup an account on FedEx Delivery Manager and edit your address.
To update your shipping information via USPS, you can verify the package is eligible for intercept and redirect on the USPS website, setup a USPS account and submit a request to update your address.
Quantities of certain items may be restricted for orders place on belk.com. If you experience any issues placing a large order, please call Customer Service at (980) 447-5442.
Yes. After you have found the perfect gift, let us make it even more special. For $4.95 per selection, we will place your item in a beautiful gift box. Please note that some items are too large for gift packaging.
Auto Replenishment
Auto Replenishment is the most convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular schedule without your having to place a new order each time. We automatically send your favorite products that you elect based upon your chosen frequency. The service is easy to use and customizable, so you can make changes online whenever you desire. Just tell us what products you want, and how often you want your products, and we'll take it from there.
Joining Auto Replenishment is easy! It can be done while browsing on a product page or while reviewing items in the shopping cart. To get started, simply select the Auto Replenishment option for your desired product, select your preferred shipment frequency and then check out as normal. You will have the option to pick up your first Auto Replenishment order in-store or have it shipped to you. All future orders will be shipped to you.
After you sign up for Auto Replenishment, you will receive an email confirming your initial order. This email will include a link to access the Auto Replenishment section in your account where you can manage your future orders, items selected for auto-replenishment and account information. You will also receive a reminder email in advance of a future order describing items in the order and when it is expected to ship. You can make changes to, or cancel, future orders before they ship. We ask that you allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
Visit your belk.com account to make any changes. There, you can change your shipping address, and billing information for future orders. Please remember to press OK and verify that your updated information saved successfully once you’ve updated it. We ask that you allow up to 24 hours for modifications to be processed.
Your very next scheduled orders will be listed in the Auto Replenishment section of ‘My Account’. You will also receive a reminder email in advance of a future order describing items in the order and when it is expected to ship.
Auto Replenishment items that have the same shipment date, shipping address, billing address and payment method will ship as one order. If you have more than one Auto Replenishment item and want multiple items to ship in the same order, simply visit your Auto Replenishment section of ‘My Account’ and change the next order dates to be the same. Also, confirm the orders are going to the same shipping address and have the same billing address and payment method.

We use it to fulfill your orders and communicate with you about them. Your name, shipping address and telephone number may be shared with the third-party delivery service used to deliver your items, as needed to facilitate delivery to you. Registry
Select the Wedding Registry link at the top of any belk.com page. From the Wedding Registry homepage, select "Create a Registry" and follow the easy to use, step-by-step instructions for setting up your personal account. Once your account is created, you can begin adding product and start using all of our wedding tools and resources.
You can access your Wedding Registry by selecting the "Manage Your Registry" option from the Wedding Registry homepage. Enter your email address and password and select "Go".
Sign in to your Belk Wedding Registry account. Then locate the product you would like added to your registry, insert the quantity you are requesting and select "Add to Registry." The item will appear on your Belk Wedding Registry list.
Locate the item on your registry, and click the “remove” link located right above the quantity. You may only remove one item at a time. Items that have already been purchased cannot be removed from your registry. If you receive a gift you didn't remove from your registry before it was purchased, you can return that item. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
Use the "Wedding Rebates" link on the left side of the Wedding Registry. This will take you to a landing page that displays all of the rebates and their details. You can also print them.
Gift Cards
Couples can identify through the registry process that they would like guests to have the option of purchasing Belk Gift Cards from their registry. If the couple has selected this option, gift cards will be displayed for purchase on their wedding registry gift list. Please note, you can purchase a Belk Gift Card on belk.com. Gift cards can be redeemed any time on Belk.com. Due to individual state laws regarding gift cards, Belk does not sell or ship gift cards to customers with a California, Massachusetts or New Jersey address.
The Belk gift card is activated as it is sent to you. It has a value when it arrives at your home.

Please visit any Belk store and the sales associate can reload the gift card in any amount. Sorry, this service is currently not available online.
Belk gift cards are not returnable, but they never expire.
Your Belk Gift Card has cash value and should be safeguarded as such. Lost or stolen cards will only be replaced with proof of purchase and only for the value shown on Belk’s records.
You can purchase a Belk braille gift card at any of our stores. Just reach out to a manager to assist with the purchase. For additional assistance in purchasing a Belk braille gift card, please contact Belk Gift Card Services at 1-844-808-1294 or email giftcards@belk.com.
On-Demand Gift Cards
Go to belk.com/activation, enter the gift card number on the back of the card, add the amount you want to give as your gift and then provide your payment information. After loading and activating the card, remove the “No Value” sticker on the card and it is ready for you to give to your recipient.
No. There are no fees associated with Belk On-Demand Gift Cards. You will only be charged the face value of the Gift Card.

You may not return or cancel your Belk On-Demand Gift Card after it has been activated.
You may use a Belk Rewards+ MasterCard, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal to activate a Belk On-Demand Gift Card.

Yes. To do so, go to the "Email" tab underneath "How would you like to deliver your eGift Card?" On this tab, enter your name in the "Recipient Name" field and your email address in the "Recipient Email" field. Complete the transaction normally. When you receive your eGift Card email, follow the instructions in the email to retrieve and redeem your eGift Card.
Simply personalize the eGift Card for your recipient, have it sent to yourself and then print it. To do this, go to the "Print" tab underneath "How would you like to deliver your eGift Card?". On this tab, enter your email address in the "Your Email" field. Enter your recipient's name and your personal message on the eGift Card preview, and complete the transaction normally. You will receive an eGift Card alert via email. Follow the instructions in this message to retrieve your eGift Card and then choose "Click to print this page." The resulting printout may be presented as a gift to the recipient.
Yes. If you send separate gift cards to Aunt Mary and Uncle Jim at their shared email address, they will receive two messages with the subject "[Sender] sent you an eGift Card from Belk" with your name in place of [Sender]. Within the text of the emails, each message will be addressed to the respective recipient, using the name you entered in the purchase process, for example: "Mary Smith, John Jones sent you a $XX eGift Card from Belk."
You can update the email address and resend the eGift Card through our customer support page.
On the delivery date you choose, a message is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift, with a link to retrieve it online. The link in the email goes to a page showing the eGift Card you created (the design you selected, with your recipient's name and your personalized message), its value and code number. This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift Card. Sometimes, special offers and promotions are listed on the page.
The eGift Card alert message is sent to the recipient on the date you choose. The delivery date is pre-set to the current date, so if you do not select a different date, the alert message is sent on the same day as your purchase.
You can use your eGift Card online at Belk.com, or for merchandise or services at any Belk location. Acceptance of this card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions, which may change at any time.
No and no. Most standard office and household printers are equipped to print eGift Cards, and you do not need to print in color. Some printers produce great results, and older printers sometimes don't print certain images well, but the most important thing is that the Card Number is clear. If it is not, you may need to install a new ink cartridge.

We adhere to all industry best practices to ensure successful delivery of the eGift Card via email. However, there is a chance that the email will be treated as spam or the recipient didn't notice it in their email inbox. You will receive an email message confirming delivery of the Gift Card alert email, and a message notifying you that the eGift Card has been viewed. If the eGift Card goes un-viewed for three days after delivery, you will receive a message with options for resolving the issue.

Our state of the art technology inhibits fraud, but you must safeguard your eGift Card for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your Gift Card and redeems it for the full amount, your copy will have no value. No matter how many copies are made, the value of the eGift Card is tied to the Gift Card number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the eGift Card.
