If you get 0 results when you search for something, try to think of other words or phrases that represent the product you're after. For example, if you're searching for "Tablecloths", try "Table Linens" as a search term instead. It may be that we do carry the item you're looking for, but we refer to it in a different way. Another example is "Grandma Picture Frames". You might be searching for "Nana Frames" or "Grandmother Frames" instead. |

While manufacturer warranties sometimes cover defects, they seldom or never cover damage caused by normal wear and tear. Most manufacturers also require that you pay for shipping to and from their repair facilities for service. Our Fine Jewelry Protection Plan protects you where manufacturer warranties do not. |

No inspections are required to keep your plan active. You are still covered even if you’ve never had your jewelry or watch inspected. We believe inspections are a service to our customers, not a way to deny coverage. |

A protection plan can be added on undamaged jewelry and watches within 30 days of purchase in one of our store locations. We cannot add a protection plan online after the item has been purchased. We recommend that you include the protection plan so that you are protected from the start. If you change your mind, you can return the plan within 30 days of purchase and keep your item. |

Yes! The Belk Protection Plan ensures your gift will be enjoyed for years to come. While the Fine Jewelry Protection Plan includes multiple refurbishments, please be aware that the Belk Watch Protection Plan only includes one refurbishment during the two-year term. |
We replaced the 10-year plan with a Lifetime Protection Plan to better protect your investment. |
Thank you for purchasing the 10-year protection plan -- we do honor it for the entire 10 years. Simply bring in your jewelry, along with the receipt and we will get the repair sent in for you. Additionally, when your current 10-year plan expires you will be able to upgrade to a Lifetime Protection Plan. |
You can upgrade to the Lifetime Protection Plan up to 30 days prior to the expiration date and 30 days after the expiration date. |
The protection plan for watches is for two years only. |
